When I searched for a site to sell old coins and notes,I came across a website of old coin dealer from Dharamtala,Tatkal,kolkata-700013,he asked me to send image and details of the coin to be sold,he sent me purchase rate for the coin and asked for my pan,adhar,passport size photo and asked for a Rs 3,500/- registration fee,upon payment of the same he asked for additional Rs 11,200/- towards NOC which I declined to pay and asked him for the Rs 3,500/- refund which he declined,he is a duper and his contact number is 9432509534,kindly stop him from this activity at the earliest.
