I got a call from personaljobsolutions.com on 02.10.2021 mentioning that there is data entry job where I have to submit 500 forms in their portal onreturn they will pay me ₹30 per form. They have provided me an agreement form where all the details were not mentioned. I signed the agreement. But while working due to some reasons I could not finish my work on the specific time.I called the concerned team regarding this and asked for extending my date of submission. They mentioned that I have to pay ₹5500+gst. They have also not memtioned it before that if i could not able to submit on time I have to pay them the amount. I constantly tried calling them but there were no response. After that one picked the call and said that there are no other options other than paying the amount. Now, they have sent a message of legal notice to my phone number and is blackmailing for the amount.
