Since In September my All Airtel numbers were hacked and I was getting unknown calls and messages on my number 7276688811 and other linked numbers I have registered a complaint at Cyber Crime department Nagpur.. When visited the Airtel Gallery at Untkhana Nagpur about the same they denied to take my complaint. Instead gave me the reply that your online complani is booked but afetr that almost a month is about the complete but no reply to my complaint has been given and neither of any Airtel executives had contacted me..
Also unknown calls have been dialex from my numbers to countries abroad which I never dialed and a billing of Rs7,200 was added to my regular bill which normally comes to around 1600-1700 Rs.
I have told this to Airtel Gallery while making this complaint .
This matter is serious and I do not want risk my contacts with such a services where the greivance is not heard ..
Hoping to get a solutions for this problem.. As otherwise I will have to stop using your postpaid services..
