I uploaded my resume on Quikr jobs then the company optibase contacted me. A boy called me with this no. +919081826729 and gave details about the job. I agreed to him then they asked for my email id, photo identity proof and my passport size photo. But as I was under 21 they said you can apply with your mother’s name and work in her. After giving all of that to him on whatsapp, he immediately registered me and asked to start my work on that very moment.
Before that another lady from tha same company called me and just very quickly reading their agreement. She asked me if I’m in or not. Then I agreed and hang up tha call.
After that I logged in the account made in name of my mother. Thier I have to fill 600 forms accurately in 5 days. So I started my work. I was using my PC for this purpose. Next day there is sudden power cut and my PC got shut down. When the power came I started my PC back and when I started to login it was showing that your id was blocked.
I contacted that guy who called me starting and I described him what happened then he said that “it is not fault our company and you have to pay the amount to unblock your id and you can start your work again”. Then I didn’t agreed to that. I got super suspicious that this company is a super fraud.
I called tha helpline number and they said you have to pay the unblocking charges to tha company and you can again start your work. Why should I pay the charges when it’s none of my fault. I leaved that all matter knowing that this company is a complete fraud.
After 4-5 days I received a call from anand desai with this no. +918154908288. He said that “the optibase company filled a complaint against you. I have sent you an email regarding this. Whether you resolve the issue by paying the registration amount of rs. 6900 to the company or I’ll take this complaint to the court.”
Then I immediately checked my email and there was an email by his name. The email was sent on 10:56 am and it was given in that email that if you don’t resolve the issue then by 12:30 pm sharp then you will have to answer in court about this. And the yime he called me was 1:37 pm.
Who can any company directly file the case on its employees without talking to them. They didn’t even contacted me once after that.
I tried to call that lawyer named anand desai and the guy who contacted me for this job. But now none of them is answering my call.
