I have taken a loan from the Longing loan app of KAKA YU FINANCE, this app says to be registered but it is not following RBI rules, loans are given at very high processing fees andinterest rates, and also service. Is not right ! I have taken a loan of 2115 rupees through this app, which was to be paid on 11 -02 -2021, but when I used the app for payment, the app was showing a user block, meanwhile, asked 8867688936 to pay the loan. Gone, I sent a screenshot and told about the problem of non-payment, they asked me to try several times, I tried several times, but the same message kept coming and could not be paid, the next day showed an additional amount of 3148 payment by adding additional fees, I Then tried payment, the message of payment failed, payment channel closed, which is suspected that it is a completely fake app and collects people’s data and information to ban the app from the play store and engage in it. Please take action against the people!
