- Hello everyone…. I got the notification on my linked account about the opening of job in this company… I thought that linked is a genuine platform so i applied for this job “600 resume filling in 7 days” By “theresumesearch” Company, Later on they contacted me on whatsapp and asked me for my details for the registration… They took my adhar card and send me a registration link… And called me to fill the agreement , when I started reading it they didn’t allowed me to read and took my digital signature. Later on they gave me ID password to start the work… Later when I read the term’s and conditions it was mentioned about the 5500 + GST as portal charges if work not completed or didn’t reach 90% accuracy, I contacted them again and asked to close my agreement I don’t want to work… Than they said that you cannot quite this agreement or you have to pay 5500 + GST as portal charges to close your agreement. I had no option … I worked for 7 day’s and completed my work by anyhow… Later on they generated False QC report that showed 525/600 resumes are correct. And asked me for portal charges. I refused than they said that they’ll take legal action against me… And today only I received a call from their lawyer Advocate Aman Thakur from (Surat) Gujrat. He again asked me to pay portal charges or he will file a case against me and send me a legal notice from the court. Suggest me what should I do next.
