I was looking for a freelance work, when I got a message from this company. they said they provide home based job of resume making of 600. Resume in 7days. Before taking the job I talked to the girl whose number is 9104726396, and asked about the pros and cons. She said the company gives 7days to complete the work and will pay Rs. 18000/-. I asked repeatedly what if I couldn’t complete? She said that extra days will be given to complete. She didn’t mention anything about the charges. I said I will think of it. She said to give my ID just for registration purpose and also asked me to log in and Put my signature by clicking next. Later I saw the sign was for an agreement which I was not at all aware of. Without my consent they signed up the agreement.
After 7days, on 16th Jan, the girl called me and asked me to send money as my work wasn’t completed. I denied in it, and then she said the legal team will send court notice in my address. After 3days I got another message from another girl who named herself as Zoya Khan( in Truecaller it shows Riya Sharma) and telling me that they sent me court notice and I should hire an advocate for appearing in Surat court.
The girl behavior is very rough.
I want help in this regard as it is not possible for me to give the money or to travel to Surat in this pandemic situation.
Please help me out with this.
This company is fraud and it is trapping a lot of people like me.

[1/19, 3:52 PM] +91 99986 29279: Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the penalty of Rs 6490 (5500 portal charges+ 18 % GST service charge) by 13/01/2021 only to the below mentioned account.
If you failed to do so then the company may take legal actions under *Section 73 in The Indian Contract Act, 1872 Compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract against you.* For the same, we will be serving you the legal notice to your postal address against which you have to revert legally.

*Legal notice will be provided on your register address on 22th of January at 4.00 pm and now the legal agreement has gone to your mail, get a lawyer checked by you*
*You get your lawyer hired on January25, you have to appear in Surat court with your lawyer*
*Till then the side of the Proof Government is being closed*
