Dear sir/ma’am,
I got a call from VZ-ViCMS services at 10 pm (night) while I was in sleepy mood and by mistake enter a number during the call, and the call ended, after that I got a message from VZ-ViCMS for a deduction of Rs. 15 for an unknown and unusual subscription. I was not satisfied with that and need an immediate action on this offensive money deduction by VZ-ViCMS services.
Please kindly take action on this cyber crime, as these are the sudden interruptive unusual and unknown subscription services, which no one want or need.
