With due respect Sir, I am Vicky Kumar. Due to lock down, my family is suffering from financial crisis. So I searched on internet for a Copying Captcha job working from home. On 2 December, 2020 I got a message on my whatsapp regarding Copying Captcha job working at home. Company name: Zylon Services, Ghaziabad. The agent who sent me message name is -Rohit Dhavan. Even he doesn’t explain me clearly about the comp Her phone number- 6357123072.Work was to complete total 10000 captcha copying in 10 days. Afterwards they called me by some random verification department and I agreed on it. Then they sent me an agreement paper. But on that fraud agreement paper there is no signature of mine. At that time I doubt that it is fraud company. But I was not confirmed so I started my work. But the sites are not working properly even it doesn’t show on screen that how much i completed the captcha. But before time ending i got a mail from Advocate. On 11 December 2020, I got mail from adv. Minhaz from Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He sent me legal notice on my mail to pay huge amount of money as a fine and charges. After some day i got one another mail on 15 , 30 december by Adv. Abhishek Gupta and Naina mehta. They sent me legal notice on my mail to pay huge amount of money as a fine and charges. After they said if you want to avoid legal procedure then you have to pay penalty for settlement. After then they call me for settlement they told me that if i pay the money then i will get the NOC from the company otherwise i have to face the legal procedure from the court. I got fear about all this and i said that i will pay then i pay total amount of 63870. After then i got the NOC From the company. After one day i Got another mail but their Advocate Name is not on the mail for settelment money of 32390 on 2nd janurary 2021.They call me again and again for money. The number from which i got call is 8733839208, 9712849608 and whatsapp number is 7478969527. Please help me regarding this problem and to get my money back.
