I am from Karnataka state Yadgir district, I m having the same problem they are asking me to Give 3400 for not completing the work in 10 days, I have not completed the work due to heavy rainfall in North Karnataka and Yadgir district was fully under flood as I didn’t had any BSNL network 3 to 4 days so I have not completed the work, and they have mentioned in their agreement that “Due to any flood, earthquake, act of God issues your job will be absolved ” and then by mentioning this in their agreement then also they are asking me to pay the money
