Good Day,
I have been a victim of Multiple Harassment Text Messages, Calls coming from multiple phone numbers that change hourly but are somehow by the same people as prior numbers, Chat Messages to my Mother on Facebook, Emails Defaming my Reputation and Falsely Accusing me of Selling Illegal Substances from as well as a plethora Threats originating form ” DIGIDO FINANCE CORP. ” They have accessed my Phone Contact List as Well as my Social Media Accounst. They have Threatened to involve my Wife ( who I no longer am in a relationship with) and 6 Year Old Daughter (Who is in the care of her mother under mutual agreements and Co-Parenting Solutions) in this matter. I have collected various Screenshots of text messages I have received from them from different numbers, Call logs, User Agreements, Terms and Conditions and Disclaimers of this Company. There have already been multiple Complaints posted Online against this Company and their Mode of operation yet they still operate and Share Contact Details with other Online Lending Apps which I continuously receive unsolicited text messages and calls from which I have also included in my collection of Screenshots attached to this email. This Online Loan App also has a Concerning Statement in their “User Agreement” that suggest they are in no way, shape, or form, Connected to any Phone Numbers, Links, or Email addresses they Posted on their Website ” https://digido.ph/about/user-agreement “. Section “h.” of the ” Privacy Agreement it is stated that before filing a legal complaint users “MUST” first file a complaint with Digido about their Collected Data which provides them with the option to alter any collected information they have on hand at the time of sending the Complaint to their department. I have not chosen to do so in fear of them tampering with possible evidence to my complaint against this business institution. Digido also does not disclose the Actual interest rate they apply to each loan, Their main Page claims a 0% Interest rate which does not reflect their actual Interest rate for loans, Applicants/Customers/Borrowers, are also not given the Option to Download “Loan Terms” during the application process where they Indicate all the Hidden Fees and Charges not visible on “Your Account” Section of their website nor via email. That is why I believe that the business they are conducting falls under various Illegal Practices, and thus Strongly supporting my case of Harassment and Cyber Libel by Sending me a Defamatory Email Accusing me of being involved in Selling Illegal Substances.
I truly hope for a thorough investigation into this matter and I am more than Willing to provide any support or assistance to this case.
