While searching for jobs online I came across and registered with Quiker Job after which a company named CORE ENTERPRISE called me up for work and asked me to send my Adhar Card for work ID opening and they did an agreement without my consent or even without informing me about the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
After a while they started threatening me for court case and other legal actions and then asked me to pay an amount of Rs. 8210 and told me that by paying this amount they will settle the case and will provide NOC from the company. Again NOC department of the same company called me and told me to pay an amount of RS. 13950 for providing the NOC. I got scared and paid the amount but after this they are now telling me to come to Gujrat Court for signing documents. When I said I couldn’t come there then they kept two options in front of me I.e. either you pay 25000 rupees or you’ll have to pay 15500 more rupees for settlement oand then you don’t need to come. Please help me in getting out of this situation as this s really disturbing me mentally.
