I have received threatening messages through WhatsApp. The message is:

Despite our best efforts to contact you multiple times to request payment, your loan has not been repaid.

You will be found as a wilful defaulter, will be convicted of wilfully defrauding the loan, and can bring criminal proceedings under Sections 403 and 415 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC)1860.

Your case will be heard in public and your family, friends and leaders will be contacted for the hearing. Your reputation will take a huge hit.
