first they call you and tell you have to do the work from home job and have to fill 370 forms with 90% accuracy after completing the work they will tell you that you have not done the work with 90% accuracy so you have to pay the registration fees of 5000 and then NOC fees of 23000 then they ask for more money after I told him that i will not do this they told me that they will file a case against me.

This is the same which happened with me with the company named as Pixelwave technologies, i started my job on 12th June’2023 and they asked me to complete in 4 days , they disconnected the web server at the night at 12’c, they even don’t provide the work to be completed on time. They called and asked to do the work from home job and have to fill 370 forms with 90% accuracy , the work wasn’t completed due to the server issue that they had and was clearly sent to the helpline email provided. The HR of the organization named as Sunil Patel called up in the morning of 16th June and threatened that if the work hasn’t been completed and you haven’t paid the registration fee for the company. At the time of joining they have mentioned that from the salary the registration amount will be deducted for once. I received District court order from the Gujarat Court along with a legal notice to be present in the court on 19th June 2023 with the lawyer Named as Avinash and he used abusive language for the amount to be paid. I called up again to the HR(Sunil Patel) and he mentioned that they have already filed a complain to the court and to take the case back and and for the work extension amount of 19950/- needs to be deposited and after deposition the case will be taken back, it was quite threatening so the amount was paid by me through Paytm, after payment the lawyer with a rude behaviors’ called up again and mentioned that for the NOC we need to pay 23000/- to the court. For this i didn’t agreed and mentioned to pay back the amount which i paid which was 19,950/-, he mentioned that the amount will be refunded back in 2 hrs after police verification and its still not received with multiple sms.
