Hi Consumer court
I have received a call from the ZENISOFT TECH SERVICES
and asked me to fill the 1200 forms and 85% accuracy we have to give in that as per there calculation i have corrected 756 forms which is less than 85% and I have full doubt that using the same user details shared by them to me, they have manipulated the forms filled by me. Now they are asking me to pay admin charges 3900 and they says they have filed a case as well in the District Delhi Court. gave the

your case is not closed till yet, kindly pay cancellation charges 1500rs + NOC charges 2000rs, Kindly pay 3500rs
if you will not pay cancellation charges then 3900 rs are wasted that you have paid because i need to continue your case,Before this also we have contacted regarding Agreement cancellation of the Form filling work taken from a Company. But your 06 month agreement is not yet cancelled. Today we are giving you a last opportunity to settle this matter and if you won’t settle this then we you will be charged Rs 30,000/- as a penalty for ignorance to a legal notice sent by an Advocate.
