My self, Sumit Singh Rawat
I applied work from home job from naukri. They gave me 4 days with 375 forms. During my work period their website was not working and I informed to their co-ordinator about that. I finished my work in 4 days and then I received call from ADVOCATE RAJENDRA SINGH THAKUR(REG NO NB/KAR/2020/0256, ENROLLMENT NO:KAR/1598/2016 CHAMBER NO K7-09/A) he threatened me to pay 8000+18% GST or he will bring police and pay 99,000.00 rupees. I tried to pay the number Paytm (8989404994) but it should as per UPI policy sending money to this number is risk. So I came to they are fraud. Advocate number shows 121 spam reports in true caller (8989404994). So please kindly take action in this case. Many peoples are losing their money and their hope

Guys just don’t fear they wont do nothing because they are fraud, they will make you fear don’t lift there calls. If you pay the money once they will make you pay twice and thrice. Just ignore.

Don’t pay money. I talked them harshly on first call. They sent me court notice just after the call via mail and WhatsApp. I didn’t reply because I knew this is fake. After that they are not calling or messaging me.
bro i submited my aadhar card also in that online aggrement contract now same thing happening what should i do please tell me
Don’t worry bro they cannot do nothing jus ignore them , as they are fraud they cant do nothing
will they take action against me legally like court order? bcoz today they called me to pay money of 8000/- if I didn’t pay they will take legal action like we’ll send court notice and we’ll meet in court after that u should pay 99000 and we’ll send hardcopy also and they sent me soft copy of advocate notice and court notice too. Now I’m afraid that will they do something to me by saying U should come to court? please reply
NO, as i said they are fraud they cant do anything , so dont pay any money and ignore them
