Last week one data entry company contact me ie Fidias Technology contact me for data entry job and they did not disclose any terms and condition and about any terms and conditon after receiving my photo and image of sign they made an agreement by pasting my photo and signature now they and their advocate harass me for paying charges otherwise they send me legal notice and send police to the house. The main thing is an agreement is Digitally Employment contract but i am not digitally signed it neither it is notarized nor the name of authorised signatory of the company is written so they forge my sign it is a totally case of fraud.and they asked me to download anydesk app and body scan without clothes..i
