Hello my name is Malavika Sudheesh… I applied for a job at quicker and a company named macro tech contacted me and told me that they will provide me 500 forms per project and deduct 6.8k from my first salary which will be 21 k it is for only one time and there should be 90% accuracy, i will be given 5 days to complete my work if i haven’t completed on time or didn’t maintained accuracy then i need to pay penalty which is 6.8k…..They asked for my adhaar card ,photo and personal signatures and told me to sign an agreement and if i refused to do so then they’ll file a case against me… I agreed with them… After that they assigned me one ID to fill forms. I completed my work in 4 days then, i asked them to give me my salary and they said that I haven’t complete my work…i replied to them as I completed the work..but they said that i must pay the registration amount…if I refuse they file a case against me..some days ago an advocate messaged me that macro tech company file a case…they are all fraud…please take an action against the company
