Received call from Rectitude Technolog, for work from home job. Completing 10000 captcha code in 10 days. For that they have asked my I’d proof Xerox. They sent an agreement to digital sign. Which I did. I have completed the work within 10 days. But on the 9th day I received the mail from advocate Minhaz saying that i haven’t completed the work and have to pay penalty 9999. I checked in Google and saw that it’s a fraud company and they are trapping people. Hence I ignored the email.
Today on 4th Jan 2021 one person called me that I am from so and so police station (which is not my area police jurisdiction), we have received the arrest warrant on your name. I told I haven’t received any notice or summons from court. He told that will come to your home. I asked him to hold for some time and spoke with the advocate who sent arrest warrant to police station. He mentally harassed me to pay the amount of 8650. I asked him to send arrest warrant which I want to cross verify. Both are not ready to send it. Finally I paid 8650 because of their treatning and harassment that to on other company name. Later on one girl called saying that if you want to terminate the agreement you should have to pay 21600 out of court settlement. Otherwise you have to pay 1.25 lakh in court, that to within 15 minutes I have to pay.
I spoke with an Inspector who is in my area jurisdiction. He told me to let them come to your home. I told the same to that person who called me as a police. He told yes I will come. After that I called him many times but he is not receiving my call and he didnt come yet
So totally it’s a fraud co. Some one please take the action against them. They are doing mental harassment like anything.
