I applied for a loan from ZestMoney in June 2022. On paper, the loan amount was sanctioned from a random bank but it was neither credited to any of my shopping accounts nor have I been given any vouchers from ZestMoney. However, the very officials at ZestMoney did not leave a stone unturned to harass me with calls and messages. They kept pestering me with threats without knowing the truth of the case. They’re extremely litigious and at the same ignorant too and jump to conclusions.
On top of that, my Canara bank account has been debited more than thrice as loan sanctioned charge.
Moreover, I kept writing to them via mail enclosed with the screenshots of my ZestMoney account in which it was crystal clear that the loan was neither credited to my ZestMoney account nor have I been given any vouchers for shopping.
