My online/digital/ communication systems are being attacked by an unauthorised online payment gateway agent in the title of “SimplPay, which is frequently disturbing through daily mobile calls and frequent SMS asking for some bill payment for over 45 days. Thei false claim is for payment of Bill for some purchase from their Shopping merchant called “Go Bazaar”, but without any proof of purchase nor proof of delivery. Request to investigate and take necessary action to stop such digital fraudulent SMS creation & manipulations as also dumping frequent unwanted messages and calls from a party with whom there was no dealing.
