Text of Complaint by Mr. Satish Narayan Bhogle:

I had ordered an A52020 phone from Amazon with the exchange of my phone which is in excellent condition as it was 3g and wanted to upgrade to 4g. As informed by the site AMAZON the sale for phones was from 16th to 22nd and this scenario took place on the 18th night where though there were funds in my card thrice the amt of the phone and I had purchased a Leaf headphone the same morning with that particular card. The advisor whom I spoke with at night was named Ashima who said that since I got the code which has to be entered on my registered mobile no the order will show as processed. It was 10.30 at night so I slept over it. IN the morning when I opened the AMAZON SITE MY ORDER WAS SHOWING CANCELLED, AS WELL AS TO MY DISMAY WHEN I TRIED TO ORDER THE SAME PHONE IT WAS NOT ALLOWING ME TO PUT UP MY PHONE IN EXCHANGE WHICH WAS DONE YESTERDAY NIGHT SO I REQUESTED THE MANAGER. After putting me on hold for 15 minutes Nidhi comes online and says that she can’t do anything about it. I was infuriated and told her I am gonna put up a complaint that this is the way AMAZON IS TREATING ITS CUSTOMERS SINCE SHE TOLD ME SHE WILL HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS AND SHE won’t BE ABLE TO CALL ME OR HELP ME IN THIS ISSUE IN ANY WAY. This is not Tolerable as it was not my fault when Nidhi the manager tells me we had sent you an email after 4 hrs after you spoke with our advisor at 10.30 expecting me to check my emails at 2.30-3 am at night.
