CUSTOM FRAUD
I came across a Telegram page of @meenuelectronics who sells custom-held electronic products at a very cheap rate. The person name is MEENU and she had send me the ID proof which is attached below For money security she also uploaded bunch of official documents like PANCARD, AADHARCARD and GST Invoice of the bill. I had made an online payment for apple Iwatch amounting 4000 Rs.She claims to be working as a custom officer in delhi.
The person name is MEENU and she sent me the ID proof which is attached below.After they send me the bill they also asked me for the 500 Rs as courier charge which again i had done through online mode of payment. After that they send me the courier details, when i checked out the courier company website it turn’s out to be a fake one. The name of the website is flymypackage.in After constant follow up she told me that the product is caught up under custom and need to pay 2500 extra for the release of the office.
Also she is not ready to share the custom officer details and the address mentioned at the website of the courier company is also of a Bus stand. There are many other like me who had made the online payment, but has not received the product and getting the same message I got and hence I decided to complaint against them.
The GST number mentioned in the bill belongs to someone naming Mr. Jagat Singh. The details are attached below of the GSTIN
