Hi,
I am Chanti,Jinaga. I have ordered mobile( Oppo Reno 5pro 5G) order Id No. OD120801518255462000 from flip-kart on 20-01-2021 and delivery date was 23-01-2021. but, the product till yet not received so I complained through customers service many times (more than 20 times) but till now i did n’t get any reasalution for this problem. The customers has given resolved date is 28/01/2021. I have tried many times to talk with senior customers but no one transferred. when I was saying to transfer to senior customer at that time they call disconnect after put the call on hold.So kindly I request to you to solve the my problem as soon as possible
