Respected Sir/Madam
I am Amit Nath, I bought a ladies anarkali cloths through meesho last 23 September 2022, Friday. But that product was sold to me through one of your agents her name keya khanna. Product arrived to me 4 days after ordering i.e. 27 September 2022. I am very happy with the product because I received it very quickly. But the problem is with my dress size. I ordered a size XL which didn’t fit to my wife, so I told the agent I bought the cloths through the next day to replace it in L size, I went know there to get a replacement within 10 days. as such, I given a photo copi of the bill on 30th September 2022. After that the main problem started. Every day I ask him to replace my parcel but she keeps refusing every day after seeing the message. Finally, on 14 October 2022, I told her for the last time, she told me “I was in puja festival, I am on vacation, now I can’t do anything even after seeing the message”. By saying this she blocked me on messenger. Now you tell me how your agent does such an inhuman act even after I told him to replace her from the next day? However after all efforts failed I am contacting you directly to find out why my dress should be changed very quickly, otherwise I will have to complain to the department in the consumer forum. Hope you will give proper reply to my complaint and take action against it. Below I have given all the details of the conversation with her and attached the bill and order number.
