I lodged a complaint against Delodge and received Whatsapp message that they received letter from consumer court to refund the amount but to refund I need to pay 3520 I denied to pay as already my amount is with them. They said it is process so I called support number given here 70012 20236. Even though I was telling him I already lodged complaint and they are asking to pay 3520 as refund process he said I have to file complaint again and he will guide me to lodge complaint and for that 10/- will be charged. He said will call back and called on whatapp video call from number 9064879451 and guide for payment of 10 and complaint lodge process. He tactfully done transaction of 10k and 42999/- and as the call is video he copied the OTPs. Lucky that I have double security and received call from back to confirm transaction and declined the same.
