since last 6 months i complaint to vi telecom on their authorized service center and on telephonically also about the text message which i unable to sent to others and some important text message which not received to me like home loan, bank. Due to this so many works are pending. I tried so many times even change the sim but not a single proper response given by Vi center and still i phasing same issue. This number is given in so many places so i can’t change it. Now what should i have to do? kindly do some prompt action and solve my problem. Thank you..
