Aquaguard has an online application where we can register a repair request and asks for timeslot. Even after we submit accordingly, their vendors assign a technician who is on leave and donot serve the request.
This will be continued even after their SLA. There is no point in having a timeslot to be booked while raising a request and this whole system is absurd. Such a disgusting experience. Vendor mechanism is not monitored properly and they donot maintain time at all.
They are behind people to pay AMC of 5500+ for an year but customer service is pathetic in maintaining the time. The vendor picks the call and says that it is not working hours at 7:30 PM though it is working hour.
