My husband bought an item (refrigerator) from Amazon which got delivered on 12-06-2023. The product display has suggested a different description and set of drawers and racks which is totally misplaced. we called the customer care and it took 1 hour to provide with zero help. Apparently, the company policies suggests that AMAZON PRIME members can get refund on their listed items. Yet, the company is not providing the replacement and even denying the verification on site to provide with the drawers and items. They are claiming it to be their OBD services or such.
