Hello, I am a regular Flipkart coustomer. I always loved Flipkart services as they always were concerned about my issues.. and whenever I had one it was solved in some minutes.. which was truly apriciable..
But, very sadly something happend that I never thought of.. I buyed a Samsung F41 1 year ago from Flipkart under smart upgrade plan and little bit of payment was left.. we are here to pay but the link is not provided yet, so where the hell will I pay at? I complained about this on 14th February and today is 26th… Why do you keep escalation of dates.. and not provide me the link… This is so horrible i swear…
I would always suggest my family and friends to buy products for Flipkart.. but now I am very disappointed from these kind of services
I never expected this from your side.. And if my issue will not be resolved till 28th, I am never gonna recommend anyone to buy and give this example
I literally lost interest in buying anything from Flipkart now, please resolve my issue asap !!
Thank you and one more thing y’all keep asking about the feedbacks i swear I am never gonna buy anythin… i Hate you
