I am a foreigner with OCI, whom wants to buy a prepaid sim. Contacted customer service and explained the situation, mentioned the situation and the lady mentioned to go to the closest Jio shop with my OCI, passport, copies etc. So toke an auto to the shop, went in there and was approached by a sales person, I mentioned that I came for a prepaid card, before I was finished he told me Adhaar, Adhaar., wanted to ask another question but he abruptly walked away and let me stand, so I went outside the shop back to MG road empty handed. What a treatment and incorrect info fm JIO.!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
