I had a defective dot – i reached out as it said i was still able to return. They preceeded to tell me it wasnt and to buy a new one. I had to fight and show proof of what was on my screen to get a replacement and a return. I then told them i needed a kohls drop off they told me it was available. I went to kohls to drop off and was told my return label was ups. I do not have any boxes . I reached back out and was told rudely that i had no other option. And basically i should have kept the replacement box as i already had no clue of the label i was sent. Very unhappy with amazon customer service
