On 13th of November, 2020 I came here with my issue for sim swap cause my sim got cancelled. I waited for 3 hours did document verification and all and they told me after 4 hours the network will come but at night I get message that my verification wasn’t complete. So I came back today i.e. 17th November, 2020 and I am waiting here from 1 hours. The customer service is too slow. Worst one.
