A representative of yours gave me incorrect information. She informed me that I was entitled to unlimited data with a landlines which I do not need and clearly told her this. I then had a response from your company / engineers to make appointment to fit landlines at my home. Another rep called me about the landlines as a follow up and find this ‘hard sell’ approach imtimidating and intrusive.
I now pay an extra euro up on my previous billing.
