Text of Complaint by Bibhu Bhusan Chaki:

My product, having the order id: OD429405663309561100 was supposed to delivered today (I.e: 26.10.2023) before 11 PM. I have made several phone calls to the delivery partner from ********* (the number I shared so that the numbers of call i made today can be tracked) AND THE DELIVERY PARTNER HAS NOT RECEIVED MY CALL NEITHER RETURNED BACK MY CALL.

I CONTACTED FLIPKART SUPPORT TEAM SEVERAL TIMES TOO AND IT’S ALSO SHAMELESS. ONE OF MY CALL HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED WITHOUT MY CONCERN AND SOMEONE HAS PUT ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINTS. I HAVE ATTACHED ALL THE SCREENSHOTS. PLEASE DO CHECK (HONESTLY I DO NOT TRUST EVEN YOU GUYS)
BEING A PLUS MEMBER, I HAVE TO GO SUCH HASSLE WITHOUT ANY PROPER RESOLUTION AND THEN BY 11 PM I AM GETTING A MESSAGE STATING SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
EVEN I TRIED TO CONTACT OVER CHAT AND GOT MOCKED BY THE AGENT NAME “KAIF”

I DON’T KNOW WHAT WOULD BE THE OUTCOME, I WANT STRONG ACTION AGAINST THE DELIVERY PARTNER AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO HAS TACKLED MY CASE.
I WILL WAIT TO GET A REPLY IN 24 HOURS OR ELSE I WILL DRAG YOU TO CONSUMER COURT FOR BEING NON SUPPORTIVE.
