I have bought a fire boltt smart watch in flipkart, and I had button issue so I have raise complaint in the fire boltt customer care services they replaced new watch but they sent me different colors as a consumer I didn’t want that color which was s nt by the fire boltt company so I have raise again for the color issue but again they sent me with same color watch I have tried so many times to make them understand but still they are not helping me even they are delaying with my product they sent me a mail and said there will be reverse pickup for your product within 4 to 5 days they said but it’s been almost 15 days still no response and they are not helping with customer
