Text of Complaint by Arunraj:

On September 26th 2020 one of of our customer made payment of 37000 by scanning our gpay QR code, amount was debited from customer account immediately and not received to our account, past 6 months I do follow up with Google always they give a same reply their specialist team working on this complaint, I have asked them how long it will take to resolve because already 6 months gone but till now they are not giving any timeline to resolve. So I have escalated my complaint to NPCI they have confirmed me that merchant (Google) received the payment on the next day itself.
