DEAR SIR,
KIND ATTN: MR. PRASSANA KUMAR SINGH – NODAL OFFICER JAIPUR
A TATASKY BINGE WAS DUMPED ON TO ME FOREFULLY BY YOUR MARKETING STAFF ON THE PRETEXT OF 1 MONTH FREE TRY, DESPITE OF MY REFUSAL TO ACCEPT IT, THE MARKETING STAFF KEPT ON TELLING ME THAT I SHOULD TRY IT FOR 1 MONTH AND IF NOT WE SHALL TAKE IT BACKFROM YOU. THE MARKETING STAFF ALSO ASSURED THAT WE WILL RECEIVE A CALL BEFORE 1 MONTH ENDS TO CONFIRM THAT WE WISH TO CONTINUE WITH THE BINGE OR NOT.
WE HAVE NOT EVEN USED BINGE EVEN FOR 1 DAY, AS MY HUSBAND WAS HOSPITALISED FOR KNEE REPLACEMENT.
WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM TATA SKY AFTER THE INSTALLATION NOR WE EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE IT, WHICH YOU MAY CHECK AT YOUR END.
ON 26/08/21 I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM TATA SKY THAT THEY HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR RS: 299 FOR 1 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION.
THIS IS CERTAINLY ETHICALLY WRONG MARKETING BEING DONE BY TATA SKY, WHICH DOES NOT SUIT AN ESTEEMED REPUTATION OF TATAS. THIS IS CLEARCUT A WAY OF CHEATING AND MARKETING BY MISLEADING THE USERS.
I THEREFORE TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO REQUEST YOU TO DISCONNECT THE BINGE CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY, AS I WILL NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT OF RS 299, AS I CONSIDER IT AS A FRUAD AND UNETHICAL MARKETING STRETAGY BEING USED BY TATA SKY.
FAILURE TO DISCONNECT BINGE AND REVERSE THE CHARGES, I NWILL HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO DISCONTINUE TATA SKY AND TAKE AN ALTERNATE CONNECTION FROM ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. TRUST IT IS CLEAR THAT I AM NOT GOING TO PAY RS 299 WHICH HAS BEEN DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT, EVEN IF YOU TAKE ME TO COURT, WHERE I SHALL FIGHT MY CASE, BEING A LAWYER, BUT WILL NOT BE BLACKMAILED BY TATASKY THRU THEIR UNETHICAL MARKETING PRACTICES.
AWAITING FOR IMMEDIATE DISCONNECTION AND A FAVOURABLE REPLY FROM YOU END, WITH A REQUEST TO YOU TO STOP THIS UNETHICAL MARKETING PRACTICES, WHICH DO NOT SUIT THE ESTEEMED ORGAINISATION OF TATA REPUTE.
