My Videocon Customer id 182855401 Videocon withdraw my balance with out my permission. I have balanced ₹138 but they informed me I have insufficient balance and my Account is showing minus ₹ 201.
I have received email to Videocon they deducted my amount₹301.
I called there customer care but I faced very bad service.
They raced me . I complained Videocon supervisor and manger also .
I registered my compliant on 09/05/2019, customer care executive told me wait 24 hours ,with in a 24 hr they refund my account balance. Bt till they didn’t refund my cash. So I called them on 10/05/2019 at the end of twenty four hour they promised, but second time they told the customer care executive cannot registered my complaint , again I wait 8 hours.so please take immediate action and activate my vedeocon d2h
