Tata sky is not working since April month 2022 and regarding this multiple complaints have been raised but there is no positive response from tata sky. Technicians named Amit and Vinod/Vinay are torturing us by closing the tickets again and again by themselves without resolving it and without taking consent from customer. Even their boss named Ashok (9667013804) is also not helping. He had been ignoring all my concerns and complaints even on requesting multiple times though his number was shared by tatasky itself. When i asked him to raise this concern via social media platforms, words coming from his mouth that i can do it however no action will be taken against the complaint and him.
