Dear Sir,
Request your urgent attention in this case. True Balance team team are not going to refund my failed debited money. Doing many follow up and calls to their call centre but not get any proper response.

Details are as given below.
I have also received confirmation from my bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank) for the loan closure transaction of Rs 17219 was successful on same date. They have confirmed from the your payment gateway path.
