Text of Complaint by Prabhnoor singh:

according to Paytm Postpaid terms and conditions bill for used amount will be generated after one month of usage ,i used my Paytm Postpaid amount on 30/01/2023 and they generated my bill after two days on date 01/02/2023 with convenience fees charged on my bill amount and they ask for bill payment by due date 07/02/2023 and charged me late fees 885 on date 08/02/2023 ,now Paytm Postpaid executive is calling me and harassing me for payment ,please take strict action against Paytm Postpaid for misleading customers and harassing their customers .
