I had booked a car on 5th February for 9th February. After reaching the location it was showing the car is not available. After having a conversation with the customer support executive for more than 2 hours, he allocated me a car at a different location named Girish park and I agreed to it. When I reached the location I didn’t find any host parking. After searching for few minutes i tried calling the customer support executive. He then told me the location is not where I was waiting it is 10-12 kilometres away from my current location. I got frustrated and asked him to cancel my booking. Now after almost 48 hours it got cancelled and I did not get a single penny as a refund. I am very disappointed with zoomcar’s service. Kindly look into the matter. I have also attached the screenshot of the location where I was allocated later.
