Text of Complaint by Chinmay Raut:

Hi team,
My father is a customer from vasai region, Maharashtra.
My Father just ported his sim from Airtel to Jio due to lack to network in my area.
Today I got a call from Airtel customer service personal named “Vendana Gupta” for asking reasons to port. When Father told her valid reasons he still kept on insisting to check handset, settings.Even after telling her that all this was already tried she still kept on insisting to keep trying and not port from Airtel.
My father is a BP patient, he was screaming on call, yeilling still she kept on abusing my Dad that you dont understand and try to change settings. she also told me the same.
Take some strict action against her or else I will be doing FIR in vasai police station.
