Hello,
I Lost my mobile so I made a request to jio care to block my number on 27 Nov, network executive said it was blocked. So I reapplied my number with proof on 29 Nov and they told it will activate within two days . Today while checking the call is going to my old sim.. How could this I’ll happen. If any illegal activities happen who will take responsibility. And the reply from customer care executive is totally irritating and I am really frustrated. Till now they didn’t reply to my question..worst jio service.
