Hi,
I have give a 4 calls to customer care in Vodafone but after 40 min calls get disconnected I have raised 2-3 complaints against network issue and bill issue. Why should I pay bill if not getting proper service? Let me know how to send call recording which I have done? I am not going to pay the bill for this month and next 2 months till I get resolution otherwise I will change my number to other service. Or will take another number.
Your senior executives disconnected the call while I was talking in hyper note with proper language not with vulgar or abusive language. Also if your manager is not able to speak marathi why you mention the option in ivr for Marathi language. I will escalate this.
I want resolution otherwise I am not going to pay the bill
