Hi Sir/Madam,
Airtel is not providing me the service properly, it has been 5 days I gave a complaint that my internet is not working properly but till now it is not resolved so I called to customer service the Guy called Devesh promised me that it will resolve with in 2 hours, but it is not resolved because of this issue I couldn’t able to work for 5 days and these Airtel guys are not taking seriously. If they can’t resolved the issue why they have to maintain this big company. They are saying lies like technical guy is not available technical manager is not assigning is that is the reason they are not ready give thier number as well to contact, we will not be knowing the thing what is happening around with the issue.
