When called customer care, they sent one guy to fix the chimney problem we were facing. The guy took the chimney for repair and charged me 4300 + 300 visiting fee. They said they repaired the MCB and did cleaning. They provided bill from some 24/7 home care bill, when asked they immediate provided another bill tagged elica and deleted the old one. The charges of repair are quite high and they are cheating customers in the name of elica.
