Due to lock down the customer care numbers are not reachable, on chat they reply but chat agents are absolutely, insensitive, ignorant and the dictate there terms. they took my 59minutes replying to my messages very slowly and still did not register my complaints. The internet was down for almost 90min already and still agent was not willing to register my complaint. My simple request was to register my complaint and give me the complaint number which both the agents did not complete. I felt so cheated that JIO is not even registering my complaints, and then I realised the reason, by registering the complaint it will become official that JIO network was down for 90min already and the commitment is given to get restored by 12in the night i.e. total of 6 hours, TRAI mandates to submit the network up time which JIO must be submitting with fake inputs, if customer complaints are registered then officially they cant fake the network uptime number, and hence the customer care was not allowed to take any complaints. So if the power is cut in your society, and JIO does not have backup, you will not get service, and in this case if you try to register complaints your complaint will not be registered saying that its an network outage. however JIO may not even declare this issue to TRAI when submitting the service performance status to regulatory. Absolute fake service promise made and delivered to customer in JIO service.
Also, the uplink speed is committed at 150mbps, but it never touch more than 5mbps in last one month.
