I have been continuously calling to the number – 18004250028 number which has been provided on the Current Bill almost around 20+ times i have been called them on regarding a bill enquiry. The people are completely ridiculous they are answering the call and hanging up even without saying a single word. If they don’t want to answer the customers why these people has been hired and why they have provided the customer number in the bill. If these people don’t want to answer the calls just remove the customer support facilities is this the right thing on the government please take an action on these kind of people who is working in the TSNPDCL.
